Job Description / Responsibility
- VARD has been implementing Comprehensive Eye Care Services through well established four Eye Hospitals located in Sylhet district, Sunamgonj district, Comilla district and Dhaka district. These positions are based at VARD Eye Hospital, Sunamgonj (1 Position), VARD Eye Hospital Balagonj, Sylhet (1 Position), VARD Kamal Eye Hospital, Chouddagram, Comilla (1Position) and VARD Eye Hospital, Adabor Dhaka (1Position).
- 18 (Eighteen) months On-the-Job Training (OJT) will be held at respective eye hospital for selected candidates and after successfully completion of OJT, trainees will be recruited as permanent staff in the respective eye hospital and issue appointment letter. Then he/she will perform the following responsibilities.
- Prepare spectacles for patients and sale.
- Power setting of spectacles.
- Maintain sales register.
- Prepare materials requisition.
- Maintain spectacles register and other relevant records.
- Perform other related duties assigned by VARD management.

Other Benefits

During the training period VARD
will provide training allowance Tk. 4000/month including fooding,
accommodation and including all other costs. Training certificate will
issue by VARD after successfully completion of training. Salary Tk.
8000/month and other facilities will be provided as per organization�s
policy during the employment period.
