Job Description / Responsibility
- Shall be the leader of entire quality team and lead about 250 personnel under this content.
- To develop a strong team of Quality Assurance, oversee quality assurance and related activities of a state of the art of the knit garments and ensure total quality management system through best operating practices and procedures and set up effective quality procedure to meet the requirements of the world renowned buyers.
- Having knowledge of quality process, Quality process planning and implementation.
- Proven capabilities in setting up and controlling in process and end process manufacturing quality, Quality data collection and analysis across factories.
- To look at trends & bottle necks in production that effects quality of the products and provide guidance to troubleshoot the same.
- Setting up of quality monitoring systems & process, Liaison with the CAD & Pattern, Sample, Print & Embroidery, Ware House, Cutting, Sewing and managing Quality assurance resources deployed in different section.
- Design and implement QA training / appreciation programs and competitions across the units.
- Should have proper knowledge in knit garment production.
- Monitor the quality of the product through the various stage of production.
- Review course and effects of every defect and take remedial actions.
- Vast production and quality knowledge in knit sewing operations.
- To conduct inspection by counter-checking inspection file to check the production status, fabric, accessories and measurement, style, packing and workmanship, etc. to ensure that the requirement of the buyers meet.
- Detect faults and recommend corrective action timely by checking operations & solving problems independently.
- To continuously develop own competencies & skills in relevant aspects, in order to enhance service quality and personal development.
- To lead the QA team and develop the QA system according to company�s QA manual.
- To Undertake In Line inspection and conduct with buyer`s QC team.
