Job Description / Responsibility
- Outbound phone calls in accordance to the Highest Standard.
- Telemarketing/Promotional Activities.
- Serve customers with helping attitude and thus play a significant role in customer satisfaction, retention, and acquisition.
- Proactively ensure that customers are aware of necessary information and any special instructions.
- Provide solutions and alternatives based on customer needs.

Additional Job Requirements
- Only females are allowed to apply.
- Candidate must have a good communication skill over Bangla & English.
- Local accent in Bangle is not acceptable.
- Must be confident and result oriented.
- Experience in call center industry will be an added advantage.
- Communicate clearly over the phone and must have good listening skill.
- Duty time 2pm-10pm, 15days in a month.
